As I look back at 2008 and forward to the new year several words come to mind…uncertainty, change and because of that – opportunity.  No doubt we’re all wondering what the new year will bring to the economy, to the housing market and to mortgage rates.  While none of us has all of the answers, I know that our homes are not just an investment to us.
