I confess, I’m happy there wasn’t much snow on the ground this morning in Andover and North Andover…..and I’m even happier that I have a flat driveway at my home. Still, winter is officially beginning today, the winter solstice, and I’ m reminded of the importance of keeping your driveways and sidewalks as clear as possible if your home is on the market this season. Not only is it safer for visitors (who needs more liability?) but I believe a clear path to your front door communicates a welcoming message to potential buyers. With first impressions so, so critical in our fast paced, busy world, why set a negative tone or have a showing start with a treacherous walk, slippery stair or frozen door handle? The competition for buyers is keen, every point counts, make sure you do your best to win your goal and make he sale. Contact me if you need help finding a reliable snow removal company.
